im a girl of 5 meter and 3 inches long. You wont believe how much I weigh, I weigh 66 kg. I know im so fat and I would like some way in the lean diet and I want to know if you can easily thin diet without regular exercise. You can then plz tell me if this is possible.




















yes it’s possible. the problem is: if you diet TOO hard, restrict the amount of calories you eat too low all at once, your metabolism will bottom out and you will stop losing weight and gain it back very easily. so you don’t need to exercise if you are cutting out calories, but you need to cut calories down slowly over weeks and months, and not all of a sudden.
Best is a balance of working out and a good nutrition.
This is how I lose weight – diet side
Eliminate salt and sugar (salt retains water, sugar is immediate energy)
Eat salad (no dressings, no cheese)
Drink cold water (it helps break down what you eat, if it’s cold then your body must use energy to warm the water)
3 meals a day (light portions, and make sure you eat less before going to sleep)
Drink Green Tea HP ( it turns your body on, so you are burning calories faster )
I went from 170 pounds to 150 by doing that.
