turn it off in msconfig after a reboot you can delete it then
or use an unlocker program
Pretty sure thats a anti virus program. or.. HAHA a friend of yours probably installed a keylogger on your computer, it saves everyhting you type in (passwords, Credit card numbers, personal information of any type) First of all find the last friend who was on your computer and smack him upside the head. 2ndly you’re gonna want to Scan your computer for viruses. (usually Keyloggers are picked up as viruses)

Now this is the best Proccess ending software i’ve ever found. haha right click and end in Insane mode =) it’ll kill it. haha, but just for this time 9/10 it’ll auto start at startup.

hmm maybe your mom put it on? anyway the reason your computer is going slow is most likely your anti virus program is Battling the Keylogger. -_^lol your anti virus software wants the program gone.
Use those 2. Oh and don’t forget to go to Control pannel, Add remove. haha, if its jsut out in the open like that you can probably just uninstall it. Good Luck.
Sounds very much like a spyware or a virus to me.
I would advise you to get a good anitvirus like kaspersky or bitdefender and a spyware terminator like spybot.
And for that critical process thingy, try using Process Explorer and then killing it. Worth a shot. good luck for your pc.
