I have a recovery disk CD in my house and I want on my laptop dosnt have the new tax, a floppy drive. Is it on my laptop? And I can do it on a CD with my PC? Oh, and my reason for the re-boot my laptop is that a few things, and Trojan horses and Norton has not really helped, and it freezes a lot and I can now even the Internet. Anyone got any help on that one Thanks!.

you will need a disk
and reboot means to restart your computer
Yes you could, but I have a feeling that recovery floppy disk is for a completely different computer operating system.
You can update the norton and run a full system scan in safe mode, also run complete spyware scan to get rid of that trojan.
The recovery disk you have, if that disk came with the computer you can use that, otherwise that recovery disk won’t help. Please backup your important stuffs before running any recovery.
Let me know if you need professional support for this issue.
