My mom bought, downloaded, and installed Spyware Protect 2009. Today I realized that it wasn’t a reliable program, to say the least. While I think I’ve removed most of it by uninstalling and using Spyware Doctor (is it fully removed?), We’re wondering if there’s any way we could get a refund and what actions we should take to protect her bank account. Norton stops it and the page comes up blank.I checked the description and Norton calls it a fake page. Does that ring any bells. I appreciate your answers guys. Maybe that is a little more clear.
