I did not get the chance to watch Fushigi yuugi..but Ranma, yes, it is quite a Hentai..
I can also say that Zenki is somewhat not wholesome..just notice the clothe of the girl forgot-her-name. BUt as I see it, Japanese animes are just into sexy clothes.
I disagree that Inu Yasha is perverted. Miroku is just naughty. He’s such a hottie to be a monk though.
And before I forget, Love Hina also shows some sexy stuffs. Though they only make it seem as a joke by making Keitaro fly from Naru’s hitting.
Another is Tenjo Tenge.
Fushigi Yuugi is more perverted than Ranma, imo. The only really perverted person in Ranma is the creepy old grandpa. In Fushigi Yuugi, the whole plot centers around sex, lust and virginity.
Bible Black is completely hentai, but I`ve never seen more than a few seconds of it, thank goodness. Love Hina is also pretty perverted, as all the ads for it involve bikinis and someone`s butt smushed across the screen or paper. There are also some sexual connotations in other anime, such as Vandread and Sailor Moon, although they are not as obvious as in the others.
So I vote Fushigi Yuugi as the most perverted anime I`ve watched during my childhood.
