It will be very hard for you to find somewhere to upload this plus it will take a very long time for you to upload it and for them to download it.
Best option if you ask me is to save the video in a compressed format, a web friendly format for example. You will need some editing software to do this, you can find many free and paid-for video editing suites at http://www.download.com.
That or post it on you tube as a private video.
