Swiss CRM Champion Is Wanted
Skills competition of the ec4u to the customer management launched in April 2012 ZHAW School of management and law specializes in University partner of the Zurich Championships CRM-ec4u, 23.05.2012 – expert consulting (Switzerland) ag holds the CRM champion Switzerland 2012. In this exciting competition sales and marketing specialists can demonstrate their knowledge on the subject of customer relationship management. Dr. Frank Hannich, Studiengangsleiter MAS CRM at the ZHAW School of management and law acts as a university partner and scientific supervisor of the skills competition. It is one of the leading economic universities of Switzerland. The patronage is Erik Neumann, managing partner of SWISS CRM FORUM. Last year, ec4u had already implemented such a championship together with the German periodical Computerwoche under large participation in Germany.
The Swiss CRM Championship goes through five rounds, of which the first four are played online. The best of each pass, each qualified for the next round. The finale of the best 5 participants will live within the Swiss CRM Forum on June 28, 2012 in Zurich instead. The questions of each round can be answered each at any time online within a specified period. Must be included for answering approximately 15 to 20 minutes per round.
